Delivery times
Germany takes 1 to 3 business days. The rest of the EU takes 3 to 10 business days depending on destination. These are estimates, and once a parcel leaves the warehouse we can't control delays.
Pickup point delivery
Orders to Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, and Norway are delivered to a DHL pickup point near you, not your door. DHL will email you when your parcel is ready, so please double check your email address at checkout.
Customs and duties
Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
